📜 1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using 4k Video Downloader ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

📱 2. License Grant & Usage Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download and run 4k Video Downloader on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, solely in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the application binaries.
You may not bypass digital rights management (DRM) or technical protections on media streams.
You must use the application in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international copyright laws.

⚖️ 3. Fair Use & Copyright Responsibility

4k Video Downloader is provided strictly as an offline utility tool for personal use. Users bear full and sole responsibility for ensuring they possess the appropriate rights, authorizations, or licenses to download and store media files.

Our app only downloads videos that are publicly available.
Only download videos that you own or created yourself, or where you have received explicit written permission from the copyright owner.
Do not use this tool to infringe upon copyright, trademarks, or proprietary content rights.
4k Video Downloader does not host, mirror, re-upload, or distribute copyrighted media on external servers. All operations happen client-side on your device.

💎 4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

4k Video Downloader offers optional Premium Auto-Renewable Subscriptions unlocking unlimited downloads, full resolution playback options, audio extraction tools, and an ad-free experience.

Subscription Billing & Renewal Rules:

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.

How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription:

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your iOS device:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID profile at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select 4k Video Downloader.
Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
